You want to send something back to us? No problem!

Your order can be returned to us free of charge within 30 days of receipt without giving
reasons free of charge.

Just send us an email with your name, order number, and the items you want returned: will then immediately send you a DHL return label by email, with which you can send the items back to us free of charge.

Your order can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.


  • Goods can only be returned if they are in the condition in which they were received - and with the original label. We do not accept or refund merchandise that has been worn or washed. In this case, if the quality of the items has deteriorated due to such wear, we reserve the right to return the goods to the sender. 


Legal warranty claims for the purchase of defective goods according to §437ff BGB remain unaffected. These statutory warranty claims are not limited by the statements on the right of return.


If you cancel an order, we will usually refund the payments made by you immediately, but no later than 30 days after receipt of the return. It is not possible to offset the refund against your next purchase. However, we may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned them to us. Once your returned merchandise has been reviewed by our staff, you will receive a refund notification via email. The refund will be processed the same way you paid for the items when you placed your order. It usually takes 6-8 business days for a refund to appear on your statement/account. This duration depends solely on your bank's policy.



In case of a return, please contact us by email at Please include your order number and the items you want to return! Afterwards you will receive a return bill and a shipping label by email.

Now place the item(s) you wish to return in the shipping box along with the return shipping label and affix the return shipping label to the package. Please make sure that the original address label is completely removed or taped over. Should any questions arise during the return process, our service team at will be happy to help!

Now you can simply drop off the package at the nearest DHL parcel counter. The return shipment within Germany is free of charge. Please note our return conditions!


Shipping costs for return shipping:

  • Free of charge within Germany
  • 9,99€ for shipments from other EU countries
  • 24,99€ for shipments from Switzerland
  • Other countries upon request



We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. As a rule, returns (within Germany) are fully completed within a maximum period of 14 days after the return shipment. The time is composed as follows:

  • Return shipment with DHL: 1-3 business days within Germany (7-10 business days within the EU, 10-14 business days from Switzerland, other countries on request)
  • Processing and inspection by our returns department: 1-3 business days
  • Reimbursement by the financial service provider: 6-8 business days
