...we have developed a cut that is exactly tailored to the proportions of bodybuilders. And because not all bodybuilders are the same, no "classic" sizing (S,M,L,XL) is enough here.
That is why we have developed a size system that refers to the respective training level (1-5).

  • Measure chest circumference

    Stand loosely and place the tape measure around your chest at the height of the widest part, as shown in the photo. This value determines your level.

  • Measure abdominal girth

    To make sure that our bodybuilder cut fits, you should also measure your abdominal circumference. Stand loosely and put the tape measure around your belly at the level of your belly button, as shown in the photo.

With this data you can now determine in our size system in which level you are. Compare your values with the values given under the respective level.

  • Level 1

    Your chest circumference: 105 -110 cm / 41⅓" - 43⅓"

    Your abdominal girth: 78 - 92 cm / 30¼" - 36¼"

  • Level 2

    Your chest circumference: 111 -115 cm / 43¾" - 45¼"

    Your abdominal girth: 83 - 97 cm / 32⅔" - 38¼"

  • Level 3

    Your chest circumference: 116 -121 cm / 45⅔" - 47⅔"

    Your abdominal girth: 88 - 102 cm / 33⅔" - 40¼"

  • Level 4

    Your chest circumference: 122 -126 cm / 48" - 49⅔"

    Your abdominal girth: 93 - 107 cm / 36⅔" - 42¼"

  • Level 5

    Your chest circumference: 127 -133 cm / 50" - 52⅓"

    Your abdominal girth: 98 - 112 cm / 38½" - 44"
