CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FOR THE INSTAGRAM COMPETITION
These conditions of participation refer to the competition of Ruschmeier & Bohnenkamp GbR, Ahlsener Str. 31, 32609 Hüllhorst (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer"). Participation in the competition is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation. The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and Reed Exhibitions Deutschland GmbH and is in no way organized or supported by Instagram or Reed Exhibitions Deutschland GmbH.
1) Duration of the competition
The duration of the competition is from 11.02.2022 00:00h to 02.04.2022 00:00h. During this period, users will have the opportunity to participate in the competition online.
2) Procedure of the sweepstake

- Like the sweepstakes entry
- Marking a possible companion in the comments
and the agreement to these conditions of participation. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.
Only one submitted entry per participant will be entered into the Sweepstakes. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple accounts to increase your chances of winning.
Participation in the competition is free of charge.
3) Eligible
Participation is open to natural persons who are resident in Germany or Austria and have reached the age of 18. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
Should a participant be restricted in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.
Not eligible to participate in the competition are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the organizer as well as their family members. In addition, the organizer reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example:
(a) in case of manipulations in connection with access to or execution of the lottery, (b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair trading or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the sweepstakes.
4) Winning, notification and transmission of the prize
The competition includes a total of 14 tickets for FIBO 2022 & an overnight stay in a hotel for 2 people worth a total of approx. 680,-€.
The winners will be determined weekly every Saturday during the competition period by a random draw among all participants. The first draw will take place on 19.02.2022, the last on 02.04.2022.
Winners will be notified promptly via private message and posted on our Instagram story. Each winner must respond within 6 days via private message to Wiehenstahl or email to info@wiehenstahl.com. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize may be transferred to another participant by the organizer.
The prize will be handed over by e-mail exclusively to the winner or to the winner's legal representative. An exchange, a self-collection as well as a cash payment of the prize are not possible.
Any costs associated with claiming the prize (travel, etc.) shall be borne by the winner.
5) Premature termination of the competition
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organizer will make use of this possibility in particular if for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons a proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, the organizer can claim back from this person the damage incurred.
6) Privacy
Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data. The participant assures that the personal data provided by him, in particular first name, last name, address and e-mail address are true and correct.
The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor given to them for use.
All e-mail addresses and the voluntarily provided data of the participants will be recorded and stored exclusively for the purpose of determining the prize. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition. Participants are entitled to the statutory rights of information, modification and revocation. 7) Revocation
The participant is free to withdraw at any time by sending a revocation to service@wiehenstahl.com to cause the deletion of his registration data and thus to withdraw from the participation.
8) Liability
Claims due to possible material defects and/or defects of title in the prizes are excluded.
The organizer is not liable for the partners associated with the prizes and the consequences resulting from this for the implementation of the competition. (Example: cancellation of FIBO)

The competition of the organizer is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The legal process is excluded.
10) Severability clause
Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these conditions of participation.
