Return & Refund

Your order can be returned to us within 30 days after receipt without giving reasons.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Your order can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt without giving reasons.

Attention:

Goods can only be returned if they are in the condition in which they were received - and with the original label attached. We do not accept or refund goods that have been worn or washed. In this case, if the quality of the item has been degraded due to such usage, we have the right to return the goods to the sender.

Legal warranty claims for the purchase of defective goods according to §437ff BGB remain unaffected. These statutory warranty claims are not limited by the statements on the right of return.

REFUND

If you cancel an order, we will refund your payments immediately, at the latest 30 days after receipt of the return. Unfortunately, it is not possible to offset the refund against your next purchase. However, we can deny the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have proved that you have returned them to us. Once your returned goods have been checked by our staff, you receive a refund notification by e-mail. The refund is processed in the same way as you paid for the items when you placed your order. It usually takes 6-8 business days for a refund to appear on your statement/account. This duration depends on your bank's policy only.

REQUEST A RETURN

As a registered customer:

As a registered customer, you have the option to initiate a return yourself in the "My Account" area. To do this, simply select the order containing the item you want to return in the order overview and press "Initiate return". After selecting the items you want to return to us, you receive an e-mail with a return slip and a shipping label.

Now put the item(s) you want to return in the shipping box together with the return slip and stick the shipping label on the package. Please make sure that the original address label is completely removed or taped over. If you have any questions during the return process, our service team at service@wiehenstahl.com will be happy to help!

Now you can simply drop off the package at the nearest DHL parcel counter. The return shipment within Germany is free of charge (the shipping costs from other countries you can find out HERE). However, please note our return conditions!

As a guest buyer:

As a guest buyer, please contact us by e-mail at service@wiehenstahl.com in case of a return. Please include your order number and the items that should be returned! Afterwards you receive a return slip and a shipping label by e-mail.

Now put the goods you want to return in the shipping box together with the return slip and stick the shipping label on the package. Please make sure that the original address label is completely removed or taped over. 9,99 € for shipments from other EU countries

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS

We are committed to handle returns as quickly as possible. As a rule, returns (within Germany) are fully completed within a maximum period of 14 days after the return shipment. The time is composed as follows:

Return shipment with DHL: 1-3 business days within Germany (7-10 business days within the EU, 10-14 business days from Switzerland, other countries on request).

Processing and inspection by our returns department: 1-3 business days

Refund by the financial service provider : 6-8 working days
